Five Year Consolidated Plan

The Consolidated Plan assesses the City's housing, community, and economic development needs and available resources and outlines a strategy for program years 2018-2023. The Consolidated Plan incorporates the Annual Action Plan and provides the estimated CDBG and HOME funded grant allocations.

Annual Action Plans

The Annual Action Plan provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals identified by the Consolidated Plan. The Action Plan assess the City's housing, community and economic development needs and available resources and outlines a strategy to address them.

Citizen Participation Plan

The Citizen Participation Plan provides citizens--especially low and moderate income citizens of the community where CDBG-funded activities will take place-- an opportunity to participate in an advisory role in the planning, implementation, and assessment of the programs and projects.

Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The CAPER summarizes how the City of South San Francisco utilized its CDBG funds to address the City's housing and community development needs.

Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH)

The cities of Daly City, Redwood City, San Mateo, and South San Francisco, along with the County of San Mateo, Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, and the South San Francisco Housing Authority, have completed a Regional Assessment of Fair Housing. The Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved the assessment in November 2017.
