Community Civic Campus

The Community Civic Campus project includes.

• Phase One is the new state-of-the-art Police Operations & 911 Dispatch Center (located at the corner of Chestnut Avenue and Antoinette Lane) which opened in February, 2022.
• Phase Two is the combined Library, Parks & Recreation and Council Chamber center and park (located along El Camino Real between Chestnut Avenue and Arroyo Drive) which opened in 2023.

The new buildings highlight innovation in design of multi-functional, multi-user, interactive facilities. This project will create a visually distinct, high-profile civic presence, and contribute to meeting the City’s commitment to being a great place to live, work, learn and play.
