Adopt a Storm Drain Form

Welcome to the City of South San Francisco's Adopt-A-Storm-Drain Program. Use the address lookup tool or zoom in on the map below to find storm drains available for adoption. Available storm drains are shown in gray, while adopted drains are shown in green.

To adopt a storm drain:

  1. Locate the drain(s) you wish to adopt on the map.
  2. Click on the drain to see its storm drain ID in the pop-up window.
  3. Enter the storm drain ID into the form below.

Please ensure all required fields, marked with a red * symbol, are completed.
