All streets and storm drains in the City of South San Francisco flow directly to Colma Creek and the Bay and are regulated under the State of California’s Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit – which requires each municipality to post a central point of contact to report spills, illicit discharges, dumping and complaints. For the safety and welfare of our citizens and ecosystem, please contact us at these numbers if you witness any non-stormwater discharges into the City of South San Francisco’s storm drain system.
