Automated License Plate Reader
The South San Francisco Police Department utilizes Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) technology pursuant to policies and procedures determined by the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC). These policies and procedures are in compliance with the applicable laws governing their use. In order to be transparent, the South San Francisco Police Department has attached the policy here for review by the public.
