Tree of Life

The image is of an elegant tree that stands in a field with outstretched branches and the sun shining in the background. Each inspiring and whimsical, heart-shaped flower on this vibrant "Tree of Life" was created by the children and families of the Kids & Art Foundation, and subsequently painted onto the tree by artist Helen Cole Lew. The artist's vision is that "The rising sun offers hope with each new day. Hope for a cure. Hope to end childhood cancer." The mission of the Kids & Art Foundation is to team-up kids and families who have been touched by cancer with local artists, to achieve the goal of creating healing, a sense of peace and lasting memories for every family.
