What I do: Soldering is a joining process used to join different types of metals together. I can connect electronic components to a circuit board. Soldering uses a wire composed of lead and tin which melts at a high temperature to join the components to the circuit board. I can also be used in metal-crafting.
What I can teach you: Mechanics of circuit electricity and electronics, hands-on understanding of circuitry, crafting with heat sources and metals.
I'm recommended for ages: All Ages - Makers under 12 must have adult supervision
Soldering is a great skill for electrical circuits! Create custom circuit boards using our Othermill and then use our soldering kits to assemble your circuits.
Please properly clean equipment and work area after usage.
