Housing Successor Agency Annual Reports

The City of South San Francisco is the housing successor agency to the former South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. The majority of the City's housing assets were transferred from the former Redevelopment Agency when it dissolved pursuant to the Dissolution Act in 2012 (enacted by Assembly Bills x1 26 and subsequent legislation). With dissolution, the former Agency's affordable housing rights, powers, assets, liabilities, duties, and obligations, excluding any amounts in the Agency's Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund, were transferred to the City.

The following Annual Reports document the Housing Successor Agency's finances and activities as required by law.
