Citizens' Academy

The South San Francisco Citizens’ Academy is a free program designed to help South San Francisco residents learn about their city government. As a participant, you will meet City Council members, department heads, and staff. You will learn how decisions are made, how funds are allocated, how departments operate, and have a chance to visit and tour city facilities. The academy will be held in the evening, once a week, every other year (the next program will be in 2025). Subscribe to City communications to get updates.
