Members
Board members hold office for four years or until the appointment of a qualified successor. Board members receive a $50 stipend per attended meeting and participate in the Public Agency Retirement System.

Responsibilities
The Personnel Board administers the Civil Service System by making recommendations to the Council on personnel matters, including changes in employment rules and regulations, recruitment and selection oversight, grievances, and working condition hearings.
