Board Room Table and Chairs

Application for Membership
Board and Commission members are residents of South San Francisco and are appointed by the City Council. Applications are accepted year-round and kept on file for one year. Applicants will be contacted when interviews are scheduled.

Applications may be submitted by the following methods:
 1.    E-mail:     One copy of the completed application to:

 3.    Mail:        City Clerk
                       P.O. Box 711
                       South San Francisco, CA 94083
                 *     Please note, post marks do not count, application
                       must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the
                       deadline.
 4.    In Person:The application may also be dropped off at the City
                       Clerk's Office in City Hall at 400 Grand Avenue, SSF.
