EXHIBITS
HISTORIC WOMEN OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO: New exhibit through December 2013 highlights the lives of prominent women of the 20th Century who contributed to the city's growth as educators, merchants, entrepreneurs, community activists, volunteers, and philanthropists. These are important local women who improved South San Francisco's quality of life.
EXHIBIT CELEBRATING THE 25th ANNIVERSARY OF THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM: On Tuesday, November 6, 2012, the Historical Society of South San Francisco celebrated the 25-year anniversary of the opening of the Historical Society Museum. Opening day was held on November 6, 1987 at Magnolia Senior Center, 601 Grand Avenue in SSF; the museum moved and was re-opened on November 6, 2008 at 80 Chestnut Avenue in SSF.
