    On Friday, January 27, State Senator Jerry Hill, returns for his 9th annual card making event, "Valentines for the Troops." Senator Hill will arrive at the Magnolia Center at 10:00 a.m. to thank the volunteers who have created valentine cards with special well wishes for the troops. Troops from the National Guard and the 129th Rescue Wing, Moffett Federal Airfield will also be present, making cards that will be sent to over 1,000 servicemen and women who are currently serving in the California National Guard. Breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m. to the first 40 participants who sign up at the Magnolia Center.
