There are two easy ways to schedule a Non-Emergency transport.
First, complete the online form which requires you fill in all appropriate patient information. When you've completed the form, press submit and an email will be sent to South San Francisco BLS Division, where it will be processed and reviewed. You will then receive a confirmation telephone call that the transport has been approved.
Second, you can reach the on duty crew directly on their cellular phone at (650) 222-2046. This will allow the existing schedule for the day to be checked before transport is approved. Hours of operation are 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. However, special arrangements can be made.
